As a Steward, you agree to act with integrity and only accept reviews you are qualified to evaluate.
Your job is to evaluate proof, not personalities.
Rules
- Only review submissions you understand and can evaluate fairly.
- Disclose and avoid conflicts of interest (friends, family, competitors, direct financial interest).
- Do not accept bribes, favors, or pressure from submitters.
- Be clear in your decision notes: what proof supports approval or denial.
- Keep private submissions private. Do not share proof or personal info outside Proofworks.
- Do not harass, discriminate, or retaliate. Keep it professional.
Compensation
Stewards may be offered compensation for qualified reviews, but compensation is never guaranteed.
Policy may change over time.
Removal
Proofworks may suspend or remove steward privileges at any time.
Steward status and participation is a privilege, not a right.
