No refunds
Proofworks charges for facilitation of submissions, proof handling/storage, and review routing. For that reason, Proofworks does not offer refunds once a submission is created or processing begins.
Denied submissions
A denial is an outcome of review, not a failure of service. Proofworks may allow one free do‑over for a denied submission at Proofworks’ discretion.
Charge disputes
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, billing bug), contact Proofworks promptly.
