Public vs private Degrees
Some Degrees may be marked public, which means they can be searched and viewed.
Private Degrees are intended to be accessible only through authenticated access or direct links.
Data retention
Proofworks may retain submissions, proof, decisions, and audit traces to protect the integrity of the registry.
Unpaid drafts may expire and be purged from active workflows.
